I am the same user as user:NextGen911. I have created this account because the choice of that other username caused another editor to think I was connected to a website I referenced in an article I created. The user:NextGen911 account will now become inactive, and I will use this account for all edits going forward. A note to that effect has been placed on that now inactive user page.

editI worked in the Public Safety communications area for approximately 30 years, and served at the technology officer level for several large organizations. I'm now semi-retired, but do provide advice in this area from time to time - as long as it doesn't interfere with my fishing! I hope to contribute to Wikipedia in this area, and in one other area of great interest to me - music! Maybe fishing too...
