One Port Street is a 100 m (330 ft) tall, 33-storey residential skyscraper located in in Manchester, England. Set to be complete in Q4 2025, the building is located in the Northern Quarter, a hub known for its vibrant cultutral scene and historic significance [3]. One Port Street was developed by Select Property and designed by SimpsonHaugh.

The building includes 477 apartments [4], ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. As of July 2024, when completed, it will be the 21st-tallest building in Greater Manchester.
