History
editPatricia (1918 - 1938)
editThe Trinty House flagship is traditionally named 'Patricia', after Lady Patricia Ramsey, daughter of the Duke of Connaught and Strathern, Master of Trinity House from 1910 to 1942. The first vessel so named, was originally the steam yacht Miranda, built fir Lord Leith of Fyvie; she was purchased by Trinity House after the first world war and renamed Patricia.
Patricia (1938 - 1982)
editThe second Patricia, would attend HM The Queen on no less than three occasions:the review of the NaTO Naval Force's 20th Anniversary, the review of the Western Fleet and the departure from the Humber of Her Majesty and the Dunk of Edinburgh for the royal visit to Norway.
