Initiating Spiritual Master is ISKCON's term for the diksa-guru. There are currently 69 initiating spiritual masters in ISKCON.
The position is only given to Prabhupad disciples who have taken Sannyasa.
If one of these is your spiritual master, you don't call them their name, you call them Maharaja.
