This is my personal account. Among other things I do freelance work for The Resilience Shift and some of the edits I make are on behalf of this organisation. In this I intend to follow all of Wikipedia's guidelines, including those on WP:COI, WP:RS, WP:V and WP:NPOV. I appreciate any guidance from other editors on good practice in this respect. The Resilience Shift is a not-for-profit programme intended to provide resources to those working in and studying infrastructure engineering and related fields (policy, commissioning, etc.). Any edits made on their behalf, including links to publications or articles on the Resilience Shift website, are intended to promote their educational and awareness-raising goals as an organisation. If there is any perceived conflict between this and Wikipedia's own ethos, please let me know.
