Luis Yarzagaray, M.D. Dr. Luis Yarzagaray (born July 30, 1932) is head Neurosurgeon for the newly formed Momentum Medical Pain Treatment and Research Center in Nashville, TN. Dr. Yarzagaray was born in Cartagena, Columbia, South America, and was board certified in Neurosurgery on May 20, 1971.
