Jeff Garrison is an American country music singer, guitarist and songwriter.
He has created sync placement features on Riverdale, The Hills, So You Think You Can Dance, Modern Family, and a Super Bowl ad.[1]
Early Life
editGarrison grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2011 to pursue music.[2]
Career
editGarrison worked together with rapper Tripp Weir to create the Nashville-based band Cassio Monroe. Formed in 2011, this duo melded together electronic dance music, rap, and pop.[3] The two artists signed with Young Guns Publishing in October 2011, and two years later they signed with HitShop Records / Warner Music Nashville and got a record deal with Island Records.[4] Their song "Shake That" hit #3 on Billboard's Dance chart in 2013. Cassio Monroe toured through 2014 with The Wanted.[5]
In 2020 Garrison was chosen as an honoree in the Nashville Chapter of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) along with artists Ryan Beaver, Dillon Carmichael, Ian Christian, Colin Elmore, LJ and Tiera.[6]
Garrison signed on with Eclipse Music Group and Being Bob Publishing in June 2021.[7]
