The Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, originally titled as the Employees' Provident Fund Act, 1952, is an act of Indian Parliament through which schemes of pension fund for the employees of factories and other establishments were introduced by the Government of India. The act enabled the formation of the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) which plays dual roles of being the enforcement agency of the act and as a service provider to the beneficiaries. The act is administered by the Central Board of Trustees and it is assisted by the EPFO. Three schemes—the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme (1952), the the Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme (1976) and the Employees' Pension Scheme (1995)—have been framed under the act.

The act contains twenty-two sections with some further divided into subsections, forty in total, and four schedules.
