Lohith H is an Indian film maker who predominantly works in Indian cinema. He made his debut in Mummy -Save me which achieved state award for editing. He is known to be the youngest director who started his career at the age of 21.
EARLY LIFE Lohith H was born in Channapatna, Karanataka and brought up in bangalore. He completed his education in SJRC College. From a very small age he was interested in cinema and always loved to be in the making process. He was roped into the film industry by Pradeep Raj who directed movies like Kirataka. Lohit H was very much fond of movies and he became the first director in kannada industry who started the trend of woman centric horror movies.
CAREER Lohith H made his Directorial debut with the commercially successful and critically acclaimed Mummy save me (2016) under KRK productions. The Telugu version titled Chinnari became the talk of the town thus earning him the name youngest successful director. The Dubbing rights of the movie was sold to hindi for 30 lakhs which is a very good price for a women centric Kannada movie .His second feature film Devaki (2019 ) won many international awards and Times of India Ranked it as the best Kannada film of 2019. He is currently working on Mafia starring Prajwal Devraj which is expected to go on floors by November and Sathyamangala starring Shivarajkumar which is expected to go on floors by February. He is also involved in production and he has partnered with Friday films for the movie Life is beautiful. He now owns his own banner named Lohith H productions and encourages young directors to come on board.
