Retailiness™[1] is registered trade mark by The Retail Job Forum, for its recruitment for retail industry focused on front line manpower.[1]
Founded in January 2010, The Retail Job Forum build up Retailiness.Com (Live from 1st August) which is basically a online recruitment solution for retail industry which has been started to focus on front line man power of the industry. We all know that front line manpower is major challenge for retail industry and no platform available which opens the door dedicatedly for retail industry.
Retail industry allows 8% employment to the population of India. It has more than 100% attrition rate especially on frontline manpower. Where related skill development programs are less in India, other challenges like high attrition rate which causes manpower gap as well as dent to the optimum business for retail industry. One side organized retail industry’s growth is remarkable in India; second side availability of skilled manpower is low.
One side there is low availability of skilled manpower, second side low income of deserving and trained people is there. Retailiness.Com stands for and working towards attraction of more people to the industry from the frontline to managerial level. As per its website, mission is to promote retail as career and to support Skill India program in order to promote required skills.
As per the information on its site, in starting phase Retailiness.com will serve Hyderabad, Telangana and only after first 6 month it will be open for other metro cities. Covid-19 effects is there in plan in results high unemployment and low new jobs is major challange.[2]
