eDesk Online is a web-based office suite that runs on Windows, Linux, and Macintosh platforms. Also it is an Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Components

eDesk Online includes a word processor and a spreadsheet, but lacks a PowerPoint-equivalent presentation application. eDesk Online applications read and write to Microsoft Office file formats (.doc, .xls) and can save to .pdf format.

Besides Online Office, eDesk Online includes webmail, calendar, accounts, and taxation tools for Web 2.0 uses. All the products are integrated with each other and run out of a webtop which has a user-friendly look and feel.

There is a search application which displays results across the universe of the user's data, irrespective of the location where the data is stored.
