About me
Diletta Romano was born on November 19, 1998, in Urbino. She moved to Macerata at the age of eight. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Turin, followed by a Master's degree at the same university, focusing on ICT for Smart Societies. Her Master's thesis was conducted at Uppsala University, within the MMG (Microwaves in Medical Engineering) group, Solid State Electronics, concerning the use of an SRR (Split Ring Resonator) for the identification of lymphedema. Diletta speaks both English and Italian. She began her Ph.D. at the RISE (Research Institute of Sweden) in the Department of Connected Intelligence and at Uppsala University in the Department of Networked Embedded Systems in 2023.
