Gregg Distributors was founded in 1968 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Gregg Distributors Ltd. has 18 locations throughout the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Its 584,000 square foot Edmonton location operates as the company’s central warehousing facility, from which it distributes parts and accessories to the industrial, agricultural, automotive and heavy truck sectors throughout Western Canada.
In 1996 Gregg Distributors Ltd. became certified to ISO 9002, and in July of 2009, it established ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard.
Charitable Organizations
editThe Greggs’ Sunshine Fund is a children's charity that provides funds for various projects in Edmonton. In the summer of 2001, the Greggs' Sunshine Fund partnered with The City of Edmonton to build a new playground in William Hawrelak Park; and in June 2007 it helped build a new playground area in Rundle Park, the city's second busiest park. Fundraising efforts continue, with the Greggs’ Sunshine Fund making a $500,000 commitment to a new Sea Lion Exhibit at the Edmonton Valley Zoo, which is currently under renovation.
