The Report of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP Concerning its Investigation on Behalf of the Office of the Governor of New Jersey into Allegations regarding the George Washington Bridge Lane Realignment and SuperStorm Sand Aid to the City of Hoboken, known as the Mastro report, is the official published finding of internal investigation commission by the administration of Chris Christie through the Office of the Governor of New Jersey and conducted by the New York office of the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher under the direction of partner Randy Mastro. The report addresses the controversial closure of toll plaza access lanes in Fort Lee in Septemeber 2013 and allegations of misconduct by Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno and other Christie cabinet members made by Mayor of Hoboken Dawn Zimmer in January 2014. Released March 26, 2014, it is the result of one of number of investigations into the controversies, including those by United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey and the New Jersey Legislature, which are ongoing.
