The Hub is a planned commercial and residential complex in New Brunswick, New Jersey, near the corner of Albany and Kirkpatrick streets, opposite New Brunsick station. It is conceived as a home for start-up companies and incubators for new technologies across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and artificial intelligence.
The first phase of is scheduled to be completed in 2024. The first building scheduled to be constructed in the sprawling, 1.7 million square foot complex called The Hub will be near the corner of Albany and Kirkpatrick streets.
There are four main tenants who intend to move into the 10-story, 200,000 square-foot building, which represents a $175 million or so investment.

Tenants
