An Urban Transit Hub Tax Credit is an incentive to businesses and real estate developers to build projects in one of nine New jersey cities. The incentve program is administered by the [[New Jersey Depatment of Economic Development' and available in Newark, Jersey, City, Paterson, Elizabeth, Camden and Trenton, Hoboken and New Brunswick.
