Sidebar person version - Draft 1

Experimenting with this format, I really like this portrait (photograph), but as be uses this coat of arms on all of his official correspondence, his autobiography, and most of his personal signage I prefer to somehow incorporate the dragon coat of arms. Then I remembered that United States Presidents have sidebars which incorporate multiple symbols into their template without making it seem "too cluttered".
