Drenched Mini Water Polo is an organisation and school for Water Polo based in Sussex, United Kingdom. The organisation was founded in 2016 to address the decline in participation of the [sport of Water Polo] in the UK and increase awareness, participation and leverage of the sport. Founded by Matthew White, Mihaela Nicolescu and Anthony Gray it is thought that Drenched Mini Water is the first such school of its kind in the United Kingdom.
Achievements to date
editSince 2016, Drenched has been involved with a number of positive initiatives to grow the game in Sussex, and intends to support the sport nationally and internationally in the future. In February 2018 Drenched hosted the first game between the town of Bognor and Shoreham-by-sea in recent memory.
