I noted a minor big in the {{userpage}} template, and have proposed a fix here. The padding parameter has been added. Compare the following. You should notice a small difference in padding.

1. Userpage as defined at present in the Template namespace.
2. Userpage as defined in Template namspace at 06:08, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
3. Userpage with the proposed fix.

I have also added a margin parameter, to give a bit more control. Here are examples.
