A.1	N Limited to 30 pins, map needs 120+. Difficult to build since each x/y position must be calculated by hand.
A.2	Same limitations as A.1.
A.3	Passed Easier to maintain since x/y locations not specified and unlimited number of items in legend. The labes on the map are more difficult to read since they have in multiple orientations.
A.4	N Thumbnail too small to read sheet numbers
B	Passed Image labels, requires a tool to find x/y, manual edit of each location
C	N Use gallery tag or simulate one with manual padding. This is not usable.
D	Navbox on each Commons file, This requires editing each of the 129 files and each one is different adjacent sheets using the compass directions (North/South/East/West). There are often multiple sheets in each direction.
E	N Similar to Option C, but rotating each thumbnail to use true North. Put them in same direction.

Option A.2

Similar to A.1, but using a zoomed in view of the Index. Using an image which is croppe view of lower third. This limits the visual scope to allow for easier reading of the labels. Reader more easily sees the page numbers and boundaries with this view.
