David Wabel is my name, and I am a 15-year resident of San Francisco, California working in the field of Internet marketing. I currently work as the Director of Online marketing at Xoom Corporation where I manage search, display, email, and social media programs. My interests include cycling and marketing. I'm also a member of the Mission Cycling club. I am also Ironman triathlete, completing both the 2004 Ironman CanadaTriathlon and the 2007 Ironman Austria Triathlon.
I live with my 9 year old pit bull dog Breezy in the historic Duboce Triangle neighborhood of San Francisco. I grew up in the small town of Mt. Zion, Illinois and my father, Robert Wabel, was the founder and owner of the Wabel Tool Company of Decatur, Illinois.
I am a 1986 Graduate of the Krannert School of Management of Purdue University and my twitter account is @sfbikerboy.
I consider myself a novice Wikipedia user, so if you are part of the welcome committee, stop by and say hello and offer some advice.
