Eric Henson (born October 12, 1971 in Salem, Massachusetts) is an American author of dark fantasy, supernatural horror fiction and terror. and interweaves theology, mythology, science and psychology into his work. Henson’s writing generally takes place in fictitious and non-fictitious towns in New England, with Harrow, New Hampshire being the center point. Henson has dyslexia, a learning disability that impairs one’s ability to read, speak, and spell. Henson is a member of the Horror Writers Association (HWA), the International Thriller Writers (ITW), and the Atlanta Writer’s Club.
Henson’s first novel, HARROW, is the first installment in a series centered on the aftermath of a small group of fallen angels who sought the help of those they once betrayed to prevent the cacodemon Báalzbub from destroying all of existence. The second installment, titled UNKINDNESS, is in progress.
Henson also writes short stories that at times interweave with the HARROW universe. The Krampus short titled: I THOUGHT THE GRINCH WAS GREEN, which can be found the Black Opal Books collective: THINGS THAT GO BUMP FOR THE HOLIDAYS.
