Scotia Learning Centres Inc. is a Canadian real estate company that owns several school buildings leased to local school boards in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.[1] The buildings were built as public-private partnerships, also known as P3.
Simé Armoyan is identified by the company as "the indirect owner" of SLC.[2]
