what was the first thought that came into your head when you woke this morning and far more important how did it get there ....are questions that remain unanswered in this argument against freewill... and for the second thought and the third is the answer the same. ...when hynotized your first thought can be chosen in advance by any capable hypnotist Eddybrad (talk) 11:36, 13 August 2018 (UTC) About 10 years ago around the time of dolly the sheep a question was asked in the sunday times would freewill exist in a cloned human being. No one replied..Consider the expressions ......It never occurred to me.. never entered my head ..never crossed my mind...it springs to mind and..... it dawned on me......it comes to mind...are all everyday sayings which indicate that thinking has not just been an exercise that we ourselves have carried out or have been responsible for...rene descartes once wrote I think therefore I am but more recently thanks to the sunday times this was updated to I feel therefore I am .....this written by nicholas humphrey of cambridge university...a thought it was also suggested arrives through a complex web of previous thoughts or ideas which have been held in our memories. The same can be said about worry not being an activity we have undertaken to carry out.but worrying is the result of disturbing thoughts that are worryng us by coming to mind 81.136.153.215 (talk) 10:32, 20 May 2015 (UTC)Eddybrad (talk) 10:15, 17 May 2015 (UTC)
a further argument is in the study of identical twins separated almost at birth to be reunited many years later.Much documented data in the form of press articles, books and here on the internet have shown many instances of how identical twins show amazing similarities in their tastes and choices even having grown up apart. Two sisters found to have been living hundreds of miles apart owned the same breed of pet dog and gave each the same name ...and in their kitchen had exactly the same wallpaper. These are just a few of the cases, many even more amazing as for example sisters who once separated ,now together, spoke only in half sentences as each could guess what the remainder would be..reviewers describe these stories using terms such as weird and disturbing...The only explanation is that freewill, and I believe that as steven hawkins....einstein... and many others have said ,is a myth...
We have no choice other than to choose what we feel is best or what appeals to us most...a hardwiring that precludes any notion of freewill.. a mans got to do what a mans got to do ..was said by a tough cowboy in a 1940 movie and although much derided and copied is a truth when if said correctly ......Eddybrad (talk) 16:42, 18 September 2018 (UTC)a mans got to do what a man feels hes got to do Eddybrad (talk) 10:15, 17 May 2015 (UTC) Eddybrad (talk) 12:30, 17 October 2014 (UTC) Eddybrad (talk) 10:20, 24 March 2014 (UTC) Eddybrad (talk) 12:52, 18 January 2014 (UTC)Eddybrad (talk) 16:44, 31 January 2014 (UTC)Eddybrad (talk) 10:43, 7 January 2015 (UTC) Eddybrad (talk) 20:57, 8 November 2017 (UTC)
