Guiding ideas

edit

I use the framework of The Commons and the Solidarity Economy to guide my research in Agroecology. Elinor Ostrom was a pioneer of the modern conception of the Commons and her book "The Governing the Commons"[1] has been influential to community economists and environmental scholars. My studies are informed by anti-colonial and Plantationocene[2] theories. I hope to be a steward of the land by finding ways to farm that are rooted in an anti-settler agrarianism.
