Module 7: Usability Testing, Chatbox diagram tutorial
Nursing is an important part of healthcare that focuses on human caring. As technology advances, more devices are used to implement and facilitate data used to correctly treat and diagnose patients. Survey and usability testing demographics are useful tools to combat a wide range of patient information to further group and or categorize common causes-effects of illnesses spread from ranges of the populations. Affairs,2013 shares how the use of usability testing refers to evaluating a product or service by testing it with representative users. Typically, during a test, participants will try to complete typical tasks while observers watch, listen, and take notes. The goal is to identify any usability problems, collect qualitative and quantitative data and determine the participant's satisfaction with the product. The gainful knowledge, skills carried out by nurses go hand in hand with the technological competence together to provide care for the patient. Nurses use technology and human touch together in order to relate to their patients with true presence and intent. The outcome of nursing is healing, by saving lives and increasing a sense of self. Many advantages are instilled with the use of usability testing in health care, data collected allow healthcare disciplines to learn things about user behavior needs and expectations upfront. Then deploy a patient-centered approach or plan of care to address each problematic area of neglect. The learning method observed through usability testing is to always investigate, interact, interview, acknowledge, be sympathetic and caring, and finally be efficient and consistent to successfully accomplish completeness of care.

I thought the BP chatbot and video tutorial was easy to use. I think that I would need the support of a technical person to be able to use this BP chatbot and video tutorial. I found the various functions in this BP chatbot and video tutorial were well integrated. I thought there was too much inconsistency in this BP chatbot and video tutorial. I would imagine that most people would learn to use this BP chatbot and video tutorial very quickly. I found the BP chatbot and video tutorial very cumbersome to use. I felt very confident using the BP chatbot and video tutorial. I needed to learn a lot of things before I could get going with this BP chatbot and video tutorial.
