She is from Nalsian Manaoag Pangasinan grew up in Manila[ Antipolo Rizal ] Married with 2 Kids [ Girl and Boy ] and she adores painting as much as her family. To her painting is her Passion and Life .
Her Father [ Ricardo Sagaoinit Dulay] is a painter and visual Artist. Her Mother [ Delia Abraham Ragajal] is a plain Housewife.
Dulay has 6 Siblings, Elder Brother [Richard Dulay] and Younger Sister [ Maria Redelia Dulay] .
Finished her High School studies at CVLNHS [Camp Vicente Lim national high school ] Canlubang Laguna 1997/1998 .
After graduated she found a work and pioneer to become production operator at Autoliv Phil's.i. Canlubang laguna (seat belt manufacturer ) under Mr. Ferdinand RaquelSantos as a founder,President and Ceo of the Company.
2009 when she work and apply as an ofw in Hongkong.
