Robyn Fivush (born YEAR in PLACE) is a psychologist and professor known for her research in the field of autobiographical memory. She is a member of the psychology department in Emory College of Arts and Sciences in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1983, Fivush accomplished a PhD from the Graduate Center of The City University of New York (CUNY) Throughout her career she has done numerous amounts of research. Her research was mainly focused on autobiographical memory and it's connection to memory, identity, trauma and coping.
Fivush has a theory that the more you know about your family's history the better you'll be mentally. It consists of 20 "Yes or No" questions that she believes children should have the ability to answer. (Write a brief summary about the psychologist's area of interest and briefly mention any major awards or publications. You can also add a link to the psychologist's external website.)
