My aim is to support the wiki project by supplimenting select existing projects in assorted technical fields, generally confined to cars, aircraft and firearms; or by submitting my own photography. As these are fairly technical fields, I doubt I'll be treading on anyone's toes with my writing. My alias is formed with from a phonetic pronounciation of my first two initials, this is worth noting because the other Essjay on Wikipedia completely independently did the exact same thing. Bizzare coincidence though it may be, we write for quite different fields so I doubt we will be confused. For the sake of interest, in addition to being the final letter in my initials, the -R suffix is a play on specialty car model designations such as GT-R Skyline and Type-R Honda's.
Obviously this is something of a testbed account, subject to future revision.
