I am generally flexible when voting at RfA, but there are some factors that influence my vote.

Non factors
edit- Content creation ~ not terribly important for all admins. It won’t hurt to get a GA or two and have increased chances at passing.
- Recall ~ Won’t hurt to add yourself to this either.
