Erin Smith is the owner of the "Blair Pigeon" Speckles.
Born on the 27th of April, 1989 in Fremantle, Western Australia, Erin spent most of her life moving around. Her parents divorced when she was five, at this time she began a series of moves. These includeded suburbs in Western Australia such as Rockingham, Stratton, Gosenells and High Wycombe.
She attended Catholic Schools throughout her life, which included St Bridgets in Midland and Mathew Gibney In High Wycombe. She is currently in year 11 (as of 2005) and attending La Salle Collge in Midland.
Erin currently resides in the quiet country town of Mount Helena, 35 minutes from Midland.
Among the famous Blair Pigeon, she owns many other animals, including two cats, one dog and lots of birds.
The Blair Pigeon is an Australian Pigeon of mixed breeding owned by Erin Smith.
"Speckles" as he is known, was given to Erin by a friend who could no longer keep him. However, Speckles proved to be more of a problem than he seemed worth, killing many of the birds he was caged with. Erin realised him, hoping he'd fly back where he came from, but because of his homing instict, he remained on Erin's property.
Speckles came to be very friendly with people, and many resiedents of Mount Helena soon knew, and became fond of him.
Speckles became known as "the blair pigeon" when he starred in two home movies made By Erin Smith, that parodied the famous "blair witch project".
He has now earned himself quite a bit of fame in and around the town of Mount Helena and Midland in Western Australia.
