Filip "Sapo" Karan (born December 15, 1992) is a Serbian medical doctor from Gothernburg, Sweden. He graduated in June 2019 from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Medicine.

"Sapo" is notoriously known for the "OncoPrn" incidence in 2018, which took place at the Institute of Oncology and Radiology of Serbia building. In the late months of 2018 a horrific, foul flatulence was released from his anus that left numerous colleagues and professors in a state of delirium. The incidence has been denied by the doctor till this very day, regardless of the countless evidence that has been provided. There is substantial proof and documentation that the flatus expelled from his anus caused chaos in the medical community and amongst his colleagues.

There is rumour that the stench still lingers in the halls of the building, where one can enter and 'huff' the residual flatus. Warning signs have been put in place to alert people entering the facility the dangers of huffing (a.k.a 'Brown-nosing').

It has been noted that the LD50 is extremely low with a narrow therapeutic index; Huffers beware.
