Reflexis provides centralized workload planning and store communications, automates retail operations, and reduces costs.[1] Reflexis' customers included retailers such as Staples, The Home Depot, TJX Companies,[2] Dick's Sporting Goods, CVS, McDonald's,[3] Dollar General, AutoZone,[4] and Cabela's.[5]
History
editReflexis was founded in 2001 by Prashanth Palakurthi.[6] Since 2001, Reflexis has participated in 4 rounds of funding. In total, Reflexis has raised $44.4 Million. Reflexis' last funding round was on Apr 02, 2017 for an Undisclosed amount.[7]
Staples Inc., an office supply chain store, began using the Reflexis Task Manager solution in June 2002.[8] In January 2004, The Home Depot, a home improvement and construction products and services retailer, started carrying out corporate merchandising and promotional policies with Reflexis’ web-based task management system. The Home Depot conducts store walk audits and self-assessment surveys with the task management solution.[9] Pep Boys, an aftermarket auto parts retailer implemented Reflexis’ Task Manager in February 2006.[10]
Hannaford Brothers Company, an American supermarket chain, implemented Reflexis’ system in February 2007.[11][12] Hannaford Brothers Company chose Reflexis’ system after a four to six month collaborative discovery with Food Lion to study how The Home Depot and Staples were benefiting from the system.[11] In August 2007, Dick’s Sporting Goods and 24 Hour Fitness began using Reflexis solutions.[13][14] Retail Info News Systems featured Reflexis’ Next-Gen Workforce Management via Mobile on the “Innovation 2010 Preview” in December 2009.[15] Books-a-Million, a bookstore chain, implemented Reflexis’ Retail Execution Management in May 2010.[16] Lead411 named Reflexis one of Boston’s “hottest technology companies” in June 2010.[17]
Murphy USA implemented Reflexis Task Manager in July 2012.[18] CIO Review named Reflexis one of 2014’s 20 Most Promising Retail Tech Solution & Consulting Providers.[19] In 2015, Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, which provides woodworking and do-it-yourself supplies, tools, and media implemented Reflexis' store execution and compliance solutions.[20] Forbes named Reflexis one of the best enterprise software startups to work for in 2016.[21]

editThe company offers ReflexisPlus, a suite of cloud-based, pre-configured task management, retail auditing, and mobility solutions for small-to-mid size retailers;[22] StorePulse, a modern real-time execution solution;[23] and Task Manager, a retail task management solution. It also provides Workforce Manager, a workforce scheduling solution; Employee Self-Service that allows employees to manage their schedule while giving store managers the final say; Time and Attendance, a time entry, labor tracking, and time costing solution; mobility solutions; and Advanced Analytics and Reporting (powered by IBM Cognos Business Intelligence) that enables retailers to build and share reports and analysis based on historical and current data stored by solutions.[24] The company delivers its solutions over the cloud and on mobile devices.[25]
