‘ ‘ ‘ Javari Chaine ‘ ‘ ‘ (born May 31st, 1994), known professionally as “Foreign Patron” is a music producer and recording artist who his production is heavily inspired by orchestral and video game soundtracks. He is known for using dramatic sounding string melodies which brings the energy of his beats to a culmination. At the age of 14 he produced “211” (feat. L.E.P Bogus Boys) [1] for “Yukmouth’s” “Free at last” album [2] which peaked at number #55 on USA Billboard charts. Shortly after, he founded the music production group “Track Officialz” in 2010. He produced for many independent and unsigned artist under this group’s name.
In 2015, Foreign Patron Separated from track officials and began his music career as an independent recording artist and record producer. He published his first music video in December 2015 titled “Ain’t the same” featuring artist “Fred Nice”. [3]Although he didn’t find much success with this record, it assisted in the start of building his fan base. He quickly learned that marketing would be an essential part of finding success in his career.
In August 2016, he released new single “blow money Like breeze” produced by demolish beatz”.[4] He found more success with this record when Dallas Texas model Tiara Yvonne Made an Instagram dance video to the song which was re-posted by Worldstar’s Official Instagram page. Many viewers began searching for the song. On “blow money like breeze” he rapped intimately about the street life, carrying nine millimeter firearms with infrared beam Attachments, and having sex with a lot of women. It became clear that he was really involved into the Street life when he was later arrested in connection to a string of crimes that were alleged to have occurred in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
On March 29, 2019, Foreign Patron was arrested in South Carolina on a felony warrant in Pennsylvania. When he was arrested US marshals discovered a loaded 9mm hand gun inside the trunk of his car. This only added more fuel to the flames. In South Carolina he was charged for being a fugitive in possession of a firearm. He waved his extradition to answer to charges pending in PA. In Pennsylvania he was charged with armed robbery holding persons against their will, home invasion resulting in a bodily injury, theft of movable property, and unlawful restraint. He was held in prison for 30 months without bail awaiting for trial. While incarcerated the novel coronavirus impacted the court system which led to it being shut down. This prevented him from getting a sooner trial date. On August 12, 2021 he had a trial by jury was acquitted of all charges held against him. He resumes his career as a Record producer and Recording artist.
