Here is a list of observations and new learned concepts surrounding the topic of emotional labor.
-Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? This article explains and emphasizes a great deal of information on emotional labor. The article also does go on to explain the difference between emotional labor and emotion work, which is necessary to better understand the roots of emotional labor. With emotional labor and emotion work being closely similar, it is important that examples were included in this article. The examples that are provided offered different viewpoints of different occupations, which are beneficial for furthering ones understanding of this topic.
