There have been three four versions of the Guantanamo military commissions.

editEveryone knows that the latest version, the one authorized by Congress, through the Military Commissions Act differes from the previous version. But the original version 1.0 was more different from version 2.0 than version 2.0 was from the Congressional authorized version 3.0.[1]
