Several captives held in extrajudicial detention in the Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba, faced the allegation that their name was found on a list of captured hard drives. A larger number of captives faced the allegation that their name was found on a list on a captured hard drive.
The second allegation is easier to visualize. When I try to take the first allegation seriously I see something like:
drive | contents | notes |
---|---|---|
Seagate 2.1 Gig drive | holds personnel files | |
Maxtor 4.3 Gig drive | holds inventory files | |
Abdul Rahman Smith | passed his basic training course | <--Hey! What is this guy doing on a list of hard drives? |
Western Digital 6 Gig drive | holds propaganda files |
