Alberto Volkers [1] is a Mexican born 3rd of May 1962. Judo competitor, chef, writer, owner of Fusiones.se and co-founder of Les Rochesian [2].

He studied in Mexican Colegio Madrid [3] and IMEB and later graduated from Ecole des Roches[4]

In Sweden worked as Chef de Partie at Grand Hotel in Stockholm and in Opera Källare[5] also in Stockholm with chef Werner Vögeli[6].

In 1993 he went to London where he was accepted to practice at Aubergine runed by the young Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing.

In Holland (2001-2003) he worked as chef at the Swedish Embassy with ambassador Björn Skala.

He trained and coached Judo with Mexican champions like Gerardo Padilla[7], Eduardo Serna, Hugo Vilchis, Carlos Huttich[8].

Coached at Judo Sundsvall with head coach Wolfgang Biedron[9].

He now trains at Borås Judo Club with head coach Gabriel Bengtsson[7] and is also a Swedish National Referee[10].

He has a masters degree in pedagogics at the Göteborgs Universitet.
