Jacob Hutchinson (born 8 May 2002) is an English professional footballer who plays for Enfield Town, as a forward.[2]
Career
editBorn in Colchester,[1] Hutchinson spent his early career with Brighton & Hove Albion and Colchester United.[3] He spent time on loan at Grays Athletic in early 2019,[4] at Brightlingsea Regent in October 2019,[5][6] and later in 2019 with Maldon & Tiptree and Hitchin Town.[7][8]
He moved on loan to Tonbridge Angels in October 2021,[9] before returning on loan to Hitchin in December 2021.[10][11] He moved on loan to Eastbourne Borough in August 2022,[12][13] and Aldershot Town in January 2023.[14][15][16]
In Sepetember 2023 he signed a permanent two-year contract with Scottish club Queen of the South.[3][17] He returned to Eastbourne Borough on loan in January 2024.[18] In June 2024 he signed for Worthing,[19] and in September 2024 he signed for Enfield Town.[20]
Personal life
editHutchinson attended Thurstable School.[21] His brother Isaac is also a footballer.[22]
