Thank you for visiting my user page. My name is Gabby I’m a junior and I’m doing running start. My hobbies include running track and snowboarding. People who snowboard and or ski get the great benefits of aerobic exercise, it is an intense workout causing you to burn around 450 calories an hour! In results to this you lose weight and become more athletic etc... I’m very interested in learning about forensic anthropology and becoming a lawyer. I’m very passionate about the two. I enjoy working together with others and learning new things.

I am excited to learn how to work Wikipedia and find information. I feel being able to know my sources are reliable is a very important thing when it comes to writing. If I end up working on this website for a while I am going to find useful information about forensic attorneys and anthropology. Create a good and helpful learning experience.

Article evaluation

After contradicting which topic I felt had minimal information, I chose mastiffs and their health. The reason I designated this topic was due to the two mastiffs that had passed away at only the age of two. Throughout the years of having mastiffs and them being diagnosed with major health issues such as cancer and leptospirosis, I figured this would be the perfect time to dig into the reasoning of the common young deaths of these dogs.

Information:

As I scrolled through the few options wikipedia provided I noticed that there was a huge lack of information in this concept. Overall, this article described how mastiffs are very heavy ended animals. This article did not contain the information I was probing to find.

Citations:

The citations that were provided with this article were poor. There were a few links within the writings that gave backgrounds of what they were talking about. This site definitely needs some updating and information to the main sites of this article.

Other Information:

As I kept searching for other sites that possibly contained more details and information, I was short on luck and did not find much. I tried to narrow down my search but as I did I couldn't find anything on just mastiffs and their health. The results that came up with these searches were too broad.

Summary:

Overall, I unquestionably feel that this article needs work. I found great information on the background of mastiffs and their unique characteristics, but that wasn’t what I was looking for. I wanted to be provided with information that would help me gain a wider knowledge on why mastiffs get health issues so young in age. Without fail, I learned more about the broad understanding of these dogs, although I wish I was provided with more information of what I wanted to know.
