Hi, I am Sven Godtvisken. I am really tired of userboxes; I think they have gotten out of hand. So here I will describe what might be placed in the userboxes. Isk haf skapdet Sprosken Stersken. I am also a native speaker of English. Meiner Meinung nach habe ich sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. I think that Tolkien's idea of a "native tongue" is rather silly, but I do think that one can be drawn to certain languages because of elements from one's environment, both in the moment and from childhood; such as the languages of parents, the languages of the area, and so forth. I am drawn to the Germanic languages at the moment, most especially German and the North Germanic languages, like Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian. I also like studying Anglo-Saxon and Old Norse. I prefer to use the name Anglo-Saxon instead of Old English, because many tend to believe that Old English means something like what Shakespeare wrote. I don't like Shakespeare! I also like constructed languages and have made some of my own. The sample above is "Stersken" and it is modeled after the North Germanic languages with German and English influences on grammar and vocabulary.
