Two Blue Lines is a short drama film written and directed by JC Monaghan. It was produced by his film company Monaghan Media and Stockport Youth Theatre and was funded by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council via Stockport Youth Service and The NHS's The Lizard's Lounge initiative. A program of funding for youth-led creative projects based around sexual health or teenage pregnancy.
Plot
