Sanjay Colony Sanjay Colony is one of the oldest colonies of Faridabad, Haryana, India. Sanjay colony is dominated by people coming from interiors of Uttar Pradesh & Bihar mainly in search of job in Delhi and NCR. A wide variety of people from different states live here. The surrounding areas like Jawahar colony, Parvatiya Colony, Gaunchi and Mujesar etc. Being a partially part of NIT(New Industrial Township) Faridabad, it covers congested areas of population. It also covers small industries running inside. Areas of Sector 22 and Sector 23 comes in the Sanjay Colony. Sanjay Colony has an average literacy rate of 77%, Higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 87%, and female literacy is 59%. Sanjay Colony contains many castes like Hindu, Muslim and rest others. People from several parts of the country live here.
