Proposed changes for IABot interface eg. iabot.org
Original:
- Do not restrict the bot from finding new archives. After the archives for this domain are deleted from IABot's memory, IABot will look for, and store, existing uses of archives on wiki and snapshots from the Wayback Machine.
New:
- Do not restrict the bot from adding new archives for this domain on-wiki. Furthermore, if an archive URL is ever deleted from IABot's database, IABot will replace it with an archive URL found on-wiki, or, a new archive URL retrieved from the Wayback Machine.
Original:
- Do not let the bot use archives found on wiki. After the archives for this domain are deleted from IABot's memory, IABot will only lookup, and store, archive snapshots from the Wayback Machine, ignoring what's on wiki.
