WikiWorld, a weekly comic published by The Wikipedia Signpost from December 2006 to March 2008, featured text excerpted from articles in the Wikipedia archives. Cartoonist Greg Williams developed the project in cooperation with the Wikimedia Foundation and released the comics under a Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike license for use on Wikipedia and elsewhere.

editWikiWorld cartoonist Greg Williams, who works as a cartoonist and designer for The Tampa Tribune in Tampa, Florida, also produced the interactive comic Blogjam, based on text contributions from readers, bloggers, authors and performers. He currently produces a Twitter-based comic called Twips.
