The Wood Report, more fully West Indies: Report by the Honourable E. F. L. Wood, M.P. (Parliamentary Undersecretary of State for the Colonies) on His Visit to the West Indies and British Guiana. December, 1921 - February, 1922, was a report on the political and economic development of the British West Indies prepared by E. F. L. Wood (later the Earl of Halifax) prepared for Winston Churchill, then Secretary of State for the Colonies. The report had a major impact on the constitutional development of several islands.
