Eileen Higgins (born July 14, 2018) is an American politician who currently serves as the Miami-Dade County Commissioner for District 5. Elected in a special election on June 19th, 2018 following the resignation of Bruno Barreiro[1], she represents parts of Miami Beach, Downtown Miami and Brickell, as well as the neighborhood of Little Havana.
