editGuiltyCancer ESNis a YouTube channel which was created on November 21st 2015, following on from ya boi's previous channel 'KCG' which stood for 'Kill Cuntfirmed Gaming'. Like KCG, GuiltyCancer ESN (originally called GuiltyConsience) was a gaming channel posting "funny" moments. Over time, the channel slowly drifted away from gaming and the channel focused on in real life videos and shitty memes, which for anybody who is far on the autistic spectrum, tells a subtle story in the ESN Universe.
