learning curve never ends, I always want learn more from the people who are already successful in their field. the captain's of industries. entrepreneurship is my path and dream. my goal is to become an impact investor. i want solve the economic challenges Africa is facing. Africa is gifted with enormous resources. our beautiful weather, fertile land, minerals, oil, fresh water, livestocks, fishing, and still majority of our population is poor. and we are relying on foreign aid. yet Africa can feed the entire world. where is the problem. why are we not seeing the opportunity. why do so many young people from Africa run to western world to look for job's and better life.
The answer is simple. we need to change the mindsets of the people. by telling them you can still be rich and successful in Africa. we should recognize our unique assets given by God. and utilize them properly.
lastly. we should set up more industries. we have the raw the materials, but what we lack is manufacturing facilities. for example. Ghana exports cocoa seeds to Switzerland for chocolate production. Switzerland factories do the value addition and dumb those products back to Africa. Ghana earns revenue of 6B$ exporting while Switzerland makes over 15B$ revenue
my goal is to build more industries. so that we export finished products to asian and European market.
