Central was an electoral ward in the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton in Greater Manchester, England. It elected three Councillors to Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council using the first past the post electoral method, electing one Councillor every year without election on the fourth.
The electoral ward was created for the 1980 Bolton council election. It was abolished twenty-four years later, for the 2004 Bolton council election, when it was replaced by the Crompton, Halliwell, and Tonge with The Haulgh wards.
